BONK Raffle Terms and Conditions

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible participants. To be eligible for participation in any BONKedu raffle, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Complete all required quizzes and educational content as specified in the raffle announcement
• Meet all participation criteria outlined in the specific raffle promotion

Prizes are limited, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed. The following terms apply to all prizes:

• Prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied
• BONKedu reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable
• Prize values are approximate and based on manufacturer's suggested retail prices
• Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties associated with prize acceptance
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives

BONKedu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any raffle at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances beyond our control.

Winners are selected at random from all eligible participants using a fair and transparent selection process:

• Selection is conducted using a random number generator or similar random selection method
• All eligible entries have an equal chance of being selected
• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during registration
• Winners must respond to notification within the timeframe specified in the notification (typically 7-14 days)
• If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected

All decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding. BONKedu is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected notifications.

By participating in any BONKedu raffle, you agree to the following:

• You will not engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated systems, or attempting to manipulate the selection process
• You will not share or transfer your participation to another individual

• You understand that participation does not guarantee a prize
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

BONKedu reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acts in a manner that is harmful to the raffle or other participants.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BONKedu, its partners, affiliates, and sponsors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from participation in the raffle
• Technical failures, errors, or delays that may affect participation or prize delivery
• Any issues related to prize quality, delivery, or fulfillment
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Participants assume all risks associated with participation and prize acceptance.

Your participation in BONKedu raffles is subject to our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of administering the raffle and contacting winners.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and BONKedu regarding participation in raffles. BONKedu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication. Continued participation after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
